HIGH POTENTIAL PARTNER DEVELOPMENT
Two years ago, one of Deloitte’s largest competitors collapsed under the weight of scandal and Deloitte absorbed over 75% of its business professionals to become the world's largest professional services firm. Deloitte leaders needed to capitalize on the market shift and create a strong leadership pipeline within the organization amid turmoil.
Bluepoint was contracted to partner with Deloitte’s internal OD and Training organization to develop bench strength during the absorption of thousands of former Andersen partners and hundreds of new customers. Our task was to prepare high-potential, partner track leaders for their future leadership roles.
Bluepoint has designed and delivered fifty percent of the bench strength program course work. The key components of this program are:
- A customized The Leadership Challenge workshop, with an emphasis on leading in a professional services firm.
- In-class, one-on-one coaching for each individual, focusing on their 360 feedback report
- Leadership Coaches available to work with individuals in the interstitial period on an as-needed basis
- A customized The Leader’s Voice workshop
- A corporate sponsored project
